Cindy Severson has been a paralegal for 16 years in the areas of commercial real estate, corporate, estate planning and probate. Ms. Severson primarily focuses on real estate matters with an emphasis on acquisitions of property for big box, restaurant, retail and office end-users and the sale of surplus property.  Ms. Severson also handles the preparation of documents for the formation, registration, on-going maintenance and dissolution of corporations, limited liability companies, partnership and non-profit entities.

Prior to joining Nagle Law Group in 2000, Ms. Severson was an in-house paralegal for Kinex Corporation.  She has also worked for the law firms of Brown & Bain, P.A., O’Connor Cavanagh, and Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

  • Prepare leases, purchase and sales agreements, amendments, CC&Rs, restrictive covenants, development agreements and easements for commercial real estate landlords, tenants, developers, and owners.
  • Coordinate closings and financing transactions with real estate counsel.
  • Due diligence including the review of title documents, easements, restrictions and surveys.
  • Prepare documents relating to the formation, operation, merger, dissolution and qualification of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, including maintenance of corporate records, minutes, and annual reports.
